GCI is a designer and manufacturer of custom specialty packaging, and not a stock house. We custom manufacture all of our folding cartons, paper folding boxes, custom specialty packaging and point of purchase displays, making sure they fulfill all the requirements of appearance, form, fit and function for our customers.

Our in-house die-making department makes a new die for every carton we manufacture. We've made thousands of different folding carton designs for packaging, point-of-purchase and counter-top displays.  Each one is custom constructed for its particular application and purpose.

We take into account such factors as how far the goods being packaged need to travel, storage requirements and likely environments, always providing an optimal surface for your graphics (as applicable) to stand out and look their best.

Structural Design & Other Assistance

With a team of structural designers on our staff, we can work with you to arrive at the design that best suits your application. If you already know exactly what you need, we'll be happy to manufacture it. If your application presents a challenge, or you're unsure what kind of package will fill your needs, we'll be happy to take a look at your particular requirements and come up with some creative options for you to consider. Just as an example, say you'd like to package three pieces of candy in a uniquely shaped box, but just don't know where to start. We can come up with a variety of designs and shapes for you to choose from, or perhaps that process might help generate your own ideas. We can provide help at every stage of the process, from choosing materials and inks, all the way to co-packing and fulfillment should you have those needs.
